Welcome to Zennbox. By accessing or using our website, web app, or browser extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Zennbox.
1. Use of Service
Zennbox is a productivity platform designed to help users organize, manage, and access learning resources. You may use the free or premium version of Zennbox, provided you comply with these terms and any applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree not to misuse the platform in any way (e.g., hacking, distributing malware, or spamming).
2. User Accounts
To access Zennbox, you must register for an account using email/password or Google login via Supabase Auth. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All design, branding, and content on Zennbox—including the logo, UI elements, and original illustrations—are the intellectual property of Zennbox and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.
4. User Content
By uploading, saving, or linking content within Zennbox, you retain ownership of your materials. You grant Zennbox permission to store and process that data solely to provide platform functionality. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws (e.g., no copyrighted content uploaded without permission).
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Zennbox offers a free plan and optional premium features through a paid subscription managed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are detailed at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time, but partial refunds are not provided for unused subscription time unless required by law.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use, abuse the service, or act in a manner that harms other users or the Zennbox platform.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with or without notice. We will always strive to notify users in advance of any major changes affecting usage or access.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zennbox is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) the platform, including data loss or service interruptions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India (or specify your jurisdiction if different). Any disputes will be resolved under applicable Indian law and within appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
